  1. Hi briantutt, thank you very much for your post of resolution and the link for where you have had success purchasing parts for your machine. I hope you are having lots of fun with it!
  3. I wonder if all put together, there is enough total information from all the forum members that we could construct a list of these Kazumas which cross references VINs, model names, and part numbers. The ultimate goal of which is to provide the person working on a unit with information as to what parts fit multiple models. One school of thought in manufacturing is that it behooves a company to use as many identical parts across their entire product line as possible, especially if they are manufacturing their own parts or having their parts contract made. Such a book or list could include things like "a 2012 front fairing from a Falcon 110 will fit the Panda 110 as long as an extra hole is drilled, or a portion of the fairing is cut off, etc.".
  4. I don't know if you've already found a solution for your issue with the plastics or not. If the plastics are broken, you have all the pieces and they aren't excessively bent or embrittled from sun exposure, you might consider giving plastic welding a go. Harbor Freight even carries some tools for the job. The cheapest looks a bit like a soldering iron with a triangle tip a bit like a clothes iron. Less than $20.00 for the kit I think. They also have something getting closer to $70.00 which is a hot air system. I only mention this because within the last few days I helped a guy repair a cracked greywater tank with one of those cheap kits with a bit of metal window screen type material as a structural reinforcement.
  5. I'm so new to these Kazuma machines myself. I have what I believe to be a Falcon 110. Got if not running and ratted out from a neighbor who moved. Is there a hole for draining the engine oil? Again, sorry for my inexperience. My TT500 motorcycle uses the same oil for the 4 stroke engine as it does for the transmission if I remember correctly. Failing that being the solution, could it be that these engines were made so cheaply and with so little thought that you're expected to turn the atv on it's side to drain it out the filling port? Some of the newer 4 stroke lawnmowers these days, I think I've heard said that you aren't expected to ever change the oil. I wonder if that could have been the philosophy behind the Kazuma manufacturers; i.e. "if it's time to change the oil, it's time to buy a new machine". If you have success finding the answer you are seeking and feel so inclined to post your solution it might be helpful for more than a few people.
  6. Is there sort of a one stop shopping website that has all things Kazuma available for purchase? Also, I think I have the falcon 110. Does anyone have any suggestions for inexpensive tire suppliers?
  7. Can you buy a larger displacement motor? Will the next size motor or so fit the frame without excessive modifications?
