2003 Yamaha Kodiak 400 Neutral Safety Switch

Were is the neutral safety switch on 03' Kodiak 400 4x4 . How xan i check it to see if it's good for a no neutral light no power to machine. Ty

A defective neutral light won't stop the power supply to the bike, it only stops the start system working, and, you can over-ride the start safety inhibit by pulling the left brake lever on I'm pretty sure.

Have you checked the fuse ? Do the lights or horn work ?

The neutral wire usually connects to the switch on the left side of the engine. It’s usually under the shifter but this is automatic I believe. I’m still assuming it’s in the same place.
