I recently bought a 2006 KFX  700 that had been sitting for 10+ years, started to replace the fuel system and the fuel pump has a connector that does not fit the same as original.  The plug has opposite slot as original.  There are two plugs on fuel pump bracket, some tiny sensor and fuel pump.  The new fuel pump plugs in the same place as tiny sensor, where as the old fuel pump plugged into opposite position.  I took old connector off bad fuel pump and repined it to new one, but now am questioning if this was the right thing to do.  I did pay attention to wire placement but just feel like there should be a direct replacement.  From the pictures on partzilla website, I cannot find a different option.  Has anyone run into this issue?

I just looked it up, at 895.00 for a fuel pump more than likely it has been fitted with an aftermarket or generic off the shelf one and rewired to work with the 700. Did you determine that it is actually an OEM fuel pump and did you buy an OEM replacement.

I looked it up at genuinekawasakiparts.com.

It was not OEM.  I was able to put the old connector on, and it did work as it should.  I also found the OEM fuel pump on another site, but the price difference didn't make sense.  I was able to get it going, just has a misfire that I have to work out.  I haven't done plugs yet, so maybe that will be my next step.  Thank you for your response.

      Good Morning!
Has anyone had a problem with the small aluminum 90 degree elbow popping out of the valve cover and blowing oil all over the place? It looks like it is simply pressed in and will most certainly repeat the offense. Any experience you all can share with this issue?
      Thanks in advance.

      Hello All
I'm kinda new to ATVs. I just bought a 1987 Suzuki quad runner 230 Dual Range. I'm having a problem finding info on it. It's very clean, only 2.800 miles. The front wheels are only 30 in.center to center. I was thinking about adding wheel spacers to give it more stability. I realize the added stress on ball joints and bearings. I'm wondering if there are any other concerns? Any input is greatly appreciated!

I'm repairing a 96 Timberwolf 2x4. Many years ago a dog chewed the wires that go from stator to the rectifier/regulator, and I've had to use the pull start ever since. Ive since lost the plug for the stator and on the wiring harness side. I'm ordering a new stator that will also come with the female plug that I need to fix it on the wiring harness side, but I have no clue in what position to put those 3 white wires(ones I'm holding with electrical tape on them) back into the new plug. Since they're all the same color, does it matter? Any info on this or pictures anyone has of their own will be very much appreciated.

Hi. I just bought an lt230 1993.  Ive started buying parts for a full rebuild.  But somehow beskepedal has been removed and pegs welded to where They are supposed to be screwed.    I was wondering if anyone have one and Could measure how far out the pegs are.  Like the peg the brake is put on and then peg outside of it.  And the one lower down.  So i can recreate them.
