Taking air/fuel tuning to the next level, the Muzzy Digi-Tune uses the latest technology to provide one of the easiest and most accurate methods of tuning your fuel injected quad.

Every Muzzy Digi-Tune comes pre-programmed and optimized for each model. There is no mapping or re-mapping necessary. Adjustments for elevation and/or modifications can be done "on-the-fly" using three buttons on the faceplate.

WHY IT'S BETTER: The Digi-Tune is a load based fuel adder which works with the factory ECU. The Digi-Tune's simple push button interface and powerful load based technology renders complex table-based throttle position and RPM re-mapping systems a thing of the past.

LOAD BASED TUNING: The Digi-Tune ushers in the latest in tuning science – gone is the old throttle position and RPM (Alpha-N) based tuning, replaced by a powerful and highly effective LOAD BASED tuning methodology. Load based tuning is superior to old school systems because different gears place different loads on the engine. RPM and throttle position based systems cannot tell the difference between first or fifth gear. The Digi-Tune knows the difference and adds the proper amount of fuel for every gear, every situation.

Has anyone had a suzuki 230 quad lock the engine up?  Its a well maintained bike, it locked up when my son was riding it. Pulled the plug, it has connected with the piston. I'm thinking the con rod let go.  I don't have a service manual.  Does the engine need to come out to check further?

Hi, I have been around everything with a motor since I was little, and finally purchased more to get my husband, and kids involved. I have 4 quads I will be searching around for information on. I have two 2002 Suzuki LT80K quads, a 1997 Yamaha Timberwolf 250, and a 1996 Kawasaki Bayou 220. I have had different ones throughout the years, and plan on buying another Yamaha Banshee. I plan on trying to learn more about all of them, so I can customize some of them. I know nothing about them besides how to race them, my dad always took care of the rest, but figured it was time for me to learn.

I Was Riding By Myself. I was going through a Mud HOLE Either there was a log or a rock, or A Dip but just as I was almost through it, Machine, Rolled over on my right side, as soon as I contacted the ground, I Heard A SNAP! I got up, flipped the Quad back over. I had the wind knocked out of me.
