First issue was fuel pump wont start once ignition has been turned on. Replaced the pump as I had one on hand, than noticed no power so replaced the fuel pump relay as that was were i traced the power to. Still nothing so further inspection looks like signal is coming from the PCM (FLR B20) but not switching the the brown wire to the fuel pump. Ive checked the operation of the bank angle sensor and it appears operational. Fuses and wiring all appear OK. The engine stop relay also tests OK. Ive been through the repair manual and diagrams but to no avail. Fully stumped, any tips would be helpful. Thanks

I have to replace all 4, how much is involved?  Will they slide out of the front yoke? Or, do the boots just slide over the wheel end?

I recently bought and old Kazuma Dingo 150cc and to begin with it started just fine. Then, for no apparent reason, it wouldn't start. It turns the motor but fuel isn't getting to the spark plug.
As mentioned in the title I've since replaced the fuel filter, the carburetor, the ignition coil and the spark plug. Fuel comes into the carburetor but seems to go no further. Is it a vacuum problem? Does anyone have a good idea about how I could diagnose the problem? And how to fix it?
I don't know what year it's from, sorry.

      Sincerely
      Mikael

Anyone ever try this method for removing a tire from the rim? I tried the bottle jack method, but the jack kept slipping down the tire.
This option seems to focus the pressure right at the bead, but I'm wondering if there are other options that you've had success with.

Thought i would share a fix that I came across. I was working on a 99 scambler 500, The customer complaint was that even with the fuel shut off the tank would slowly drain out onto the ground. First I found the fuel shut off was bad/ leaking/ dripping so I installed a new one thinking that would fix it. Then I ran it and and seen that the overflow was flowing fuel out from the bowl. So I cleaned the needle and seat and changed the float height to lower the fuel level in the bowl. Well... It still overflowed and flooded. So I bench tested the needle and seat with a pop off tester. I found that these newer style needle and seats just utilize an o-ring to install the brass seat into the carb.
The o-ring for the seat had hardened up allowing fuel into the float bowl from under the seat. New o-ring and problems solved.
