We took a good sized group down to the lower Klamath river canyon to look for the wild horses again, some of the wifes thought they were a myth. A quick picture before we headed out.

We made several stops, this one by a nice camping spot called Fox lake

We moved on a little farther down the road and stopped by another spot called Griffin Lake. We found fresh horse sign, they must be close. The week prior the roads were wet with no hint of dust, this week they were a little on the nasty side. Vader all decked out.

A quick stop for food and drinks.

The views on the way down don't suck.

I lost some of the pictures from the bottom of the canyon....gremils in the camera I guess.

On the way out of the canyon, on the table lands above the rim we found the horses.

All in all it was a great ride and a great time had by all.

If folks on this site are interested in seeing more rides I would be happy to post some done in recent past.
