If my axle is worn dose that mean I need a new ring gear? If yes dose anyone know were can get one that is not 300 bucks?

not necessarily, but you will want to check it for wear to be sure. ebay is a good source for parts, you might want to consider finding another bike in that year for a parts bike. i know sellers want an arm and a leg in ontario for anything 4x4, but if you are patient, you'll find one. try kijiji for a parts bike too.
