2003 raptor 350 wont run off choke or after warmed up.

carb has had a rebuild kit and cleaned out. It is getting fuel. My friend thinks it may have an air leak but all the rings have been replaced and other rubber is good. Any ideas to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

is it flooding itself out? if you have some spray quick start, you can spray it around the rubber manifold from the carb to the jug, and if it revs high, the rubber is cracked if there's an air leak

No its not flooding. And I've already tried that and it didn't rev high. Any other ideas?

well, if you are having the same luck i had with mine on the big bear, i had my carb off and on 4 or 5 times before i got it right. took it all apart and ran twist ties through it all again, etc., only thing i could suggest ...

Ya I guess im just going to have to do that because the needles new and the floats are fine. All new orings. Ill try running some wire through it and try it out again

i ended up taking everything from the kit back out and running twist ties thru everything,

and only after that i got it to run right .... i went thru the same things you are now ....

Is the screw on the bottom supposed to be a fuel or air mix screw? If it is im pretty sure its not doing what its supposed to be doing. Its either to tight to most or to loose that it will come out.

its either the air/fuel mix or overflow, but i think the overflow is on the side of the bowl ...
