I have an issue with toe in/tow out on my Foreman S. The manual says 3/4 to 1 3/4 inch Tow Out, this seems wrong and it has caused my front tires to wear as if they rubber is being torn off them, (which it is). My Kodiak 450 manual has a Tow In of 0-.39 inches which seems more reasonable. What should the Front In tow be set at????

does the manual say to have the front end suspended when you do this? it would make more sense then the weight of the front end down would set it flatter on the tread. i don't know if i'm out in left field here or what ...

maybe set them like your yami if it's tearing your tires apart and see how it responds steering wise ...

Thanks for the response. Yes, it is supposed to be suspended. My thoughts are to set it up like the Kodiak. But, I was wondering if anyone had run into this before in the factory manual.......

i had 2 new hondas, but i never had to adjust anything like this before. i'm sure if you set it up like the yami, you should be good to go. just watch the handleing and adjust if it's a little off, but i'm sure you should be good. JMO ...

The front end was towed in 1 3/4 inches and had always had a handling problem. It took out the right wheel bearing and I had noticed the tires wearing weirdly and had ordered new ones. I found the tow in when I replaced the bearing and went back to the manual to get the proper adjustment and it said TOW OUT about that much. It just didn't sound right and I didn't want to ruin the new tires. So I will set it up at about 1/4 inch tow in like my Kodiak is and see how it goes.

O3 sat a while. Engine is running fine. I got it into neutral, did some general tune-up and cleaning then pulled the shifter pedal up and it locked up and will not release into neutral again.  Does anyone have experience with this problem?  Thanks for looking and any help.

      Hi
Is looking for a quad to pull a flail mower as my first priority, but also a bit of fun.
So its going to be pulling a flail mower on high grass / weed on a bumpy field at pretty low speed.
My budget is not high, so is mostly looking at a old Yamaha Kodiak 400cc / Suzuki Eiger 400cc or similar.
What machine would you recommend  ?  - Really want a solid machine since I am no mechanic but can perform a early service myself.

(English is not my native, hope it makes sense)

I am having an issue with a hs500. I bought it broken and have been trying to get it running. It seems to be starving for fuel. If I put my hand over the intake it will crank but will not run for very long because I'm not able to get the correct airflow with my hand. The things I have done so far are. Replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, mass airflow sensor, idle air adjuster, fuel injector, cleaned the throttle body, replaced the ecu, and still the same issue. I notice the injector does not spray when removed from the head. I dont know if that is common.

I am out of ideas on what to do next. I have removed the fuel line from the injector and it is getting plenty of fuel. If anyone has an idea on what could possibly be the issue I would be happy to try anything at this point.

Hi all. I have a timberwolf 250 2nd that will not start.. I thought it was out of time bc the guy I got it from said it just quit on him. The tensioner had a nut welded to it and it was like2 teeth off. I installed new tensioner and chain and it still will not start. It has fire and it will not hit off brake cleaner. It has compression. Haven't put a gauge but I'm sure it will crank and run with what it has. I double checked my work and it's still in time. Spot on. Both valves move. I'm about to put a feeler gauge on them and I'll cone back but other than that any ideas?
