New Plastic...Where to purchase decals

Bought new plastic for '04 KFX400....Im needing decals or something like filler plates, for the area's where the safety tags usually go...There is nothing there now, except the holes for rivets ....Looks bad....I had heard a company makes carbon fiber panels to go in there, but unsure who that would be ???

Yeah I tried all kinds of searches, checked ATV websites, etc...I have the plastic, it's the factory replacement from Kawasaki, so all the safety tags they place on their from the factory with rivets, those tags are not there...So I have 4 or 5 places that is indented and has holes for the rivets..But no tags...I've seen them before, just cannot remember where ??
