Comming out from engine (Stator) 3 yellow ( alternator ) 1 orange, 1 green, and 1 black/?. Witch wire is or are pick-up coil? impulse generator? i have a 95 bayou 220 not sparking. i have measured all of the connectors on the cdi and most are within the manuals ranges. but there are a couple that measured alot higher than their given ranges. does this indicate the cdi is bad ?

in this thread, I want to discuss how 4-cycle atv engines work- what the different types are... how they are set up and which you prefer. To start off, are the cams on ALL atv 4-strokes powered by a cam chain? I know that on say a lawn mower or logsplitter engine, the cam is turned by the tappet, pushrods, and valve rockers. Which is better and why? Chain-driven cams or pushrod-driven cams? Are the pushrods just an old version and everything is transforming to chains or the other way around...or not at all? Just looking for some explanation, history, and downsides/upsides...

Anyone know a good place for parts/plastics? I've seen junk for sale on eBay and overpriced.
I need the left side cover (triangle plastic) for my 1985 250es

Hi, I just bought a used 1990 warrior and the rear is sagging low like it has a lowering kit but I’m not sure, does anyone know what it could be?
