How much voltage should I see at the angle sensor? I am showing 4.5 volts on one wire and a little over 5 on the other. What shoul I look for if this is not enough voltage?

Thanks for any help.

The swash plate on this wheeler is locked up now, angle sensor was replaced, erased codes and tried to synchronize it, I heard the shift motor run a couple of times " like normal" messed with it again yesterday and found that motor was actuating but did not sound right. I pulled motor and did the key switch and up down shift button thing, motor ran fine, tried to turn gear in case and could only move it a 1/4" or so total. I know this is not right. Is the transmission shot or is this an easy fix?

Got the reduction gear freed up this evening and it will turn a little over 12 rounds lock to lock. Where do I need to locate gear at before replacing shift motor? Should it be in the middle or all the way opposite of what motor will turn it when I synchronize again?

      Background,
This winter (Dec.) I was plowing and everything just died, just quit.  No lights, no pull start, No nothing.  I've had this problem before and I changed the voltage reg and it ran fine for over a year. Then this.  So I changed it again, thinking this was the same problem.  Tried to start it and a small pin hole in the CDI appeared with electrical smoke.
Months go by and I finally decide to just replace parts (I'm Horrible at electrical issues).  I changed the stator, new CDI, new Voltage reg, new starter solenoid, tested the starter (prefect), charged the battery.
Went to start it and the solenoid rapidly clicked.  All the dash lights on, headlights work.  Pull stared it and it fired right up no issues.  Looked into the rapidly clicking starter solenoid and it was not enough juice in the battery.  Took the battery completely out and hooked up a jump box to it turned the key, light on, everything looks good.  Pushed the starter button and it fired right up ran great.  Turned it off to test it again, Turned the key and nothing.  No dash lights nothing.  Took the jump box off and pulled started it.  Started it right up.  Re-hooked the jump box, still nothing.
      Any Ideas?

I recently purchased a raptor 80 for my grandson for  christmas. I am trying to make sure it is running properly. i have rebuilt the carb and adjusted the carb idle then the mixture to middle of where it runs rough and it runs great for about a min or 2. then it stalls out. I can usually choke it and it will start so i feel it is lacking fuel. the fuel shutoff valve has been changed and i checked it for good fuel flow.  any ideas of what to check next. I am planning to vfy fuel float height tomorrow. I visually checked it by turning carb upside down when i had it apart and it looked level. any ideas are appreciated.

      Thanks.

      Hey everyone,
I’m having an issue with my 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570 – the engine keeps stalling after running for about 10–15 minutes. I’ve checked the air filter, spark plug, and fuel lines, but can’t seem to find the root of the problem. It starts up just fine, but then loses power suddenly.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with this model/year? Would appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips you’ve tried that worked. Thanks in advance for your help!

My 2005 TRV 500 quit on me today. No power to start, no 4x4 shift, no winch, no dash light, but the headlight go on. I’ve checked the fuse marked “main” which was ok.
There are 2 relays and 2 diodes in the fuse box. Could one of those cause my problem?
