Hello and welcome !!

Is this bike full time 4WD?

Stock 23" tires?

Make sure the valves are adjusted in spec, nice clean carb & filter, clear muffler ...

I was thinking more of 45 - low 50s ...

What all should I have done? Diff fluid changed, valves adjusted, timing checked, Carb clean?

i have heard guys say they will do 5?, but i think alot of conditions need to apply.

the bike is near 500lbs wet, add a 150 - 180lb rider, thats alot for a 350 to push fast especially in 4X4 ... not saying its not true ... if you want up to top speeds, check the compression, make sure valve are in sync, and carb is good and clear ...

i would say a step up in carb jets, a k&n filter or equivalent, and a aftermarket muffler would have you in high 50s ... i know the 350 motor is the same as the big bear except for the top end, i might be scared going over 50 on the bear, i havent clocked it yet, but i would say it goes maybe 40 - 45 ...

there is a governor on the throttle too, you can fiddle with that to see if the speed increases ...

if the bike runs good as it sits now, i would dump seafoam every other or so tank to keep the carb clear ... yes, check/change your fluids for sure, timing and valves, a quick compression check can tell you if rings are worn or wearing ,,,

I was looking to buy a new ATV.
I was debating between Polaris sportsman 450 and Honda rancher.
      Polaris it a bit cheaper.
But can you tell me which one will have more demand on the used market? Which one will keep it's value better?

Let's say 3-5 years from now.

Good morning, checking in from Southern Ontario, I have 3 quads. 201 Honda Forman 450S, 2007 Suzuki King quad 450 and a 2021 Polaris 570 sportsman. My wife and I do a fair amount of riding but hoping to do more this year.

Just wanted to drop a post to say hello. My name is Nick. I am from the Shenandoah Valley. Rockingham Va to be more specific. I am constantly working on junk or items i pick up from auction, mostly atvs but really about everything. My ATV knowledge is vast but find myself needing assistance regularly.
