i have a 2009 grizzly 700,replaced the fuel pump and filter,replaced the spark plug and checked the air filter for a mouse house! it runs then shuts down,wont stay running,does the fuel line need to be primed and air free to run properly or am i missing something obvious??????????????

i have a 2009 yahama yfm7fgpy speciai edition and the fuel pump is replaced, but it runs till the fuel runs out? could it be a an injector issue or something else:aargh:

And i need expert advice,i replaced the temp switch,thermastate and fan,the fuse is ok but the fan wont come on when needed everything werks ok at a moderate speed,but when on a difficult trail the temp lite comes on w/o the fan werkin im guessing its in the wiring harness as it was wrecked at 1 time,any help would help:aargh: jim

axle trade,what are the options. I want to lengthen all 4 axles on a 1996 suzuki 4x4 king quad. my question is are all or most models of axles interchangeable?????????????? if not ill accept any information on the same:wink:

If you are talking about the forward drive shaft seal coming out of the forward crank case, no, can not be replaced easy. Crank case has to be split to get to it.

I have to replace a seal on the rear axle!!!!!!!!!!! The seal is where the propeller shaft attachesto the rear axle!!!!!!!! Via a slip joint connnection with a boot.... So to keep a long story short, is there any chance at all the seal can be replaced w/o dissambling the motor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 1996 king quad lt-f4wdx and have oil leaking from the rear axle assy at the seal behind the shaft from the front axle to the rear axle! can this seal be replaced w/o doing major surgery,taking the rear assy completly apart. thanx jim:aargh:

I just bought this carb(brand new) and i recd no documentation with it,not even a packing list from zoomzoomparts.com ???????? Extremly poor customer service. Sent them an email about this,but to be honest Ill never hear from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So the model # is pd36j-a and the item # is 201205733595 from zoom zoom parts! So i am looking for any /all information,specs,pics,diagrams,on this carburetor that anyone can find for me!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanx for ur help,problem solved :-) I need to pick ur brain again if you dont mind? I am workin on another project ( same model,etc) and am having ALOT OF TROUBLE finding a carb for this beast? its supposed to be a mikuni bst31ss 44mil carb and i have searched all over the internet and i cannot even find a used carb to rebuild. so here is 2 questions, can you find a link or someone that may have this scarce animal? If not what would you recomend as an equivillant or replacement to make this animal come alive????????????? thanx again jim :-) here is a pic of the last 1!

i was told it was a 96?so the manual i have is the wrong 1,correct?

i have manual #m483-2,did you find anything in reference to the wires from the stator?

the stator wire colors are as follows, 3 yellow wires,1 green wire and a black w green stripe wire!

Hi tim: i have another issue with the same machine! i cant get a spark,changed the stator,ign coil and the voltage regulator. checked and checked everything twice and still nothing? here is my question, the wires on the stator dont match whats inthe manual? can you tellme where ea wire goes using the colors? and also on the voltage regulator,there are 3 yellow wires,the manual does not say to what wire(color) they go to or does it matter? and does the reverse switch have to be connected for it to start? if so where do they connect to and the colors,please!!!!!!!!!!!! i have checked the cdi and it checks out ok. thanx jim
