  1. Pulled fly wheel magnets are in pieces any one have one for sale or know how to go about finding new magnets?
  2. Any of yall got any idea howd I go about fixing the suspension. All my bushings are gone just really wondering if I need to order more then bushings all the kits are a bit different so I'm not quite sure what all I will need
  3. I've been trouble shooting a crank no start while engine hot condition and now I have zero spark hot or cold and no Voltage to cdi. Does any one know were cdi gets Voltage from ?
  4. Agm are what we used in the military there pretty rugged and God forbid if you flip you won't have to worry about it spilling. I couldn't tell you anything on lithium
  5. Awesome thank you im going to check this out and see what I can do !
  6. Oddly enough the coolant smells like fuel. I've got the oil changed ill have the radiator flushed here shortly. Id hope the head gasket in go shape luckily I haven't lost any oil since changing. I don't know what they put in this radiator.
  7. Here is what found to test the strator will give it a go tomrrow Exciter Coils Testing 1. Follow the electrical harness from the alternator to the location where it connects to the CDl unit 2. Disconnect the three-pin electrical connector from the CDI 3. Connect an ohmmeter between the following wires in the three-pin stator connector and compare the resistance to the specification in Table 1. a. The red and green terminals. b. The black/red and green terminals. 4. Replace the stator assembly if the resistance is not as specified. Alternator Battery Charge Coils Testing 1. Follow the electrical harness from the alternator to the location where it connects to the voltage regulator. 2. Disconnect the two individual yellow and the yellow/red electrical connectors from the voltage regulator. 3. Connect an ohmmeter to the wires indicated in Table 1 and note the resistance . 4. Replace the stator assembly if the resistance is not as specified. 5. Apply dielectric grease to the electrical connectors and reconnect them. Alternator Output Test 1. Follow the electrical harness from the alternator to the location where it connects to the voltage regulator. 2. Disconnect the two individual yellow and the yellow/red electrical connectors from the voltage regulator . 3. Connect an AC ammeter to the yellow and the yellow/red stator wires leading from the alternator. 4. Shift the transmission into neutral. CAUTION Do Not start the engine with the electric starter; as the ammeter will be damaged. CAUTION Do Not conduct this test for longer than 10-15 seconds, as the. the alternator windings may overheat. 5. Start the engine with the recoil starter and let idle. 6. The specified amperage is listed in Table 1. Replace the stator assembly if the amperage is not as specified. 7. Apply dielectric grease to the electrical connectors prior to reconnecting to help seal out moisture.
  8. Definitely no spark when hot, does any one know how to test strator ?

  10. Just wanting to see if any one has dealt with this before. I belive its losing spark after its been shut down from running for awhile ive got to wait about an hr an it will fire back up. I'm in the process of trouble shooting now.
  11. Thanks you guys. I keep finding diffrent answers for the tranny and Diffs looks like I might just have to go ahead an order some of the polaris stuff
  12. What kind of fluids do you use for oil diffs trans all ploaris or can you grab somthing off the shelf from the local autostore ?
  13. I recently scored a 450. The oil was thick as mud coolant looked like milk this thing is ruff most the bushing are bad. I've just changed the oil. I will be adjusting the valves next. Any advice on what I should look over or what wear items I should be replacing besides the typical fluids filters and such. I'm new to atvs. At this point I have no idea when the machine had been serviced last.
  14. Any of yall seal it up with rtv ? Or you guys keep a gasket on hand ?
