  1. So found out some back story on this bike it quit working after being totally submerged....
  2. Ok so new gauge and good ground and still no gauge functions not even a light All other functions work as they should hog beam awd etc
  3. good power at pin 1 and 2 but a weak ground at pin 8
  4. Now onto my next problem with this particular unit.....any ideas on where to look when the gauge pod stops working completely?
  5. Unfortunately Polaris only offers the pump sock and regulator as an assembly along with the tank I'm looking at an aftermarket from quantum.
  6. My particular regulator is in the tank and is just after the pump
  7. So I checked the regulator and it's just bypassing all the pressure straight out the side. Any ideas on where to get a replacement? Or am I better off to delete it and go to an external one?
  8. Ok I'll try removing the regulator and let ya know
  9. The pump does shut off only showing 15 psi at the fuel rail
  10. No only tested it at the fuel rail after the injectors
  11. 12.5 to the pump and replaced ground along with all new fuel lines thinking one may be partially collapsed
  12. Replaced pump and sock along with the filter still only 15 lbs of fuel pressure any ideas?
  13. ok so mystery solved......simply the carb was just a cheap chinese pos . replaced with a higher quality aftermarket and there ya go now onto my next one is a 2004 polaris spotsman twin efi any ideas on a replacement fuel pump and sock ?
