  1. Further research shows that the dimensions are in fact 24mm od 8mm id and .5mm. not 5mm. Thanks to all who replied.
  2. I ordered a Caltric replacement for an Outlander 800 2006-2012 and just drilled a 3rd hole where the 2007 DS250 bracket lined up. It is close to the top hole predrilled, but is plenty of metal in between. I then tapped it to the bolt thread. Perfect fit
  3. Thank you Sir
  4. Can anyone in the group give the dimensions of this washer. ID-OD and thickness. Dealer says they are backordered til 5-26. Don't want to wait that long. They are less than 2 bucks apiece and i need 4. Thanks
  5. I would use a small Dremel with a cutoff disk and then pull the parts off. Then you can get to the area where it is stuck to apply heat and penetrating oil.
  6. Did the author ever get the bolt out and if so, How???
  7. Has anyone found a rebuild kit or an aftermarket replacement for the original which costs 500.00 US dollars?
  8. What are friends for if not to help out
  9. I have used a soldering iron and left it on the bolt for a couple hours and it worked. Just clamp it at the correct spot and go about your day.
  10. Dude, You are butthurt because you didn't have the answer and then chose to turn on me. I give 2 sh*** what you think and you are the only one who took the passing comment that way. You are not worth my time, so stay away from my post. I have knowledge that can help others in this group so quit harassing. You state you have never seen one of those bikes so you should have scrolled on. Have a nice day and there's no need to respond.
  11. Seems a tool would have the tool answer. But no, not in my time for sure. You seem to have the words but no answers.
  12. Years ago I ran into the same trouble on a Skidoo snowmobile that needed a tool. No one could give me the size then either. So I sold the Skidoo and never bought another one.
  13. No, I was being honest as I thought it strange that no one could answer a tool question. It wasn't a "It's making this strange noise" type of question. Didn't mean to hurt anyone feelings
  14. Kind of pitiful that 50 some people could not answer my question. Don't we have any wrenchers in this group???
