Hello, I need help repairing my Arctic Cat 700 EFI buggy. The spark is missing, but the crankshaft sensor is sending a signal. The self-diagnosis shows two errors: AC99 and AC96. I have checked all the wires for continuity, and the sensors are recognized by the ECU. However, the fuel pump is not turning on. The wires from the ECU to the pump relay and from the relay to the pump are in good condition. Can someone tell me how to read data from this ECU? The original ECU does not produce errors, but the donor ECU produces errors and sees all the sensors. I would like to read data from the ECU and see what kind of program it is. Does anyone have a complete electrical diagram of such a device with this ECU?

There are 2 wires on the ignition coil: + and the control wire, which is controlled by the switch. If there is a stator, then it is a voltage generator or a starter. What are we looking for? If there is no plus on one of the wires of the ignition coil, then we need to check where it comes from. I think it goes through the following circuit: battery — ignition switch — fuse — ignition coil contact, and the second wire from the ignition coil goes either to the switch or to the contacts in the distributor.

На катушке зажигания 2 провода + и управляющий, который управляется с коммутатора. Если есть статор, тогда речь идёт о генераторе напряжения или о стартере. Что мы ищем? Если на катушке зажигания на одном проводе нет +, тогда надо проверить откуда он идёт. Думаю он будет идти по цепи АКБ-замок зажигания-предохранитель-контакт катушки зажигания, второй провод с катушки зажигания либо в коммутатор, либо на контакты в трамблёре.

Может у кого есть полная электросхема от такого аппарата с таким ECU?

Может кто подскажет чем и, как прочитать данный ECU? Родной ECU ошибок не выдаёт, донор выдаёт ошибки и видит все датчики. Хотел бы вычитать об блока и посмотреть, что за софт.

Здравствуйте, нужна помощь по ремонту багги Arctic Cat 700 EFI, пропала искра, датчик коленвала импульс есть, Самодиагностика показывает две ошибки AC99,AC96. все провода проверил на целостность, все датчики блоком определяются, не включается топливный насос. Провода от ECU до реле насоса и от реле до насоса исправны. Поставил подменный ECU, ничего не изменилось.

Подскажите в какой теме правильно задать вопрос по ремонту багги Arctic cat 2008 г 700 кубов пропала искра.
