I think that's a good idea to check your nearest dealer (if it's not too far out of the way) for a base price for the tires that you're looking for. Then do your due diligence and see what's the best price that you can get it for, whether online or the dealership. I usually try to support my local businesses if and when I can, if the prices are competitive. The online prices seem to be a great deal until you add up the cost of taxes and shipping. Shipping costs are horribly overpriced at times (even on some items on ebay) unfortunately.
