Does the knock sound like it's in the top end or bottom end??

Timing chain and tensioner all good? Did you double check when u put the rings in that u put them in the right way? Correct spacing from each other and all of that?

Hey everybody I have honed my cylinder on my 400ex already and was curious if anybody thinks I should put a new set of crosshatches in as well?

Royal purple is pricey $$$$ I use Rotella synthetic in all my quads Wallymart carries it

pretty good actually... school started last week so im just gettin in the swing of things .... couple of us decided to have some fun over the weekend so we went muddin......after tht i took my 400 to the car wash and shes all shined up now

just stopped by to say hi to everyone ive been pretty busy and just figured i would stop by......check out my muddin picture i uploaded and have a good time all u QC members

well if u dont rejet it wont run right and u wont have the power increase it is suppose to with a rejet and full system......will cause it to run real lean

ohh and as far as hondas new sport quad..... the irs is great and i doubt any of you can say u have drove one.... hondas 700 with irs was no accident and as far as the extra wieght goes it doesnt mean $h@!..... i like honda to think out of the box which is exactly wat they did..... just like with the 400ex wen it first came out nothin could touch it honda always comes through...... sooooo my point is if you havent rode one yourself you shouldnt be bashing it..... point made.... and i have drove them so i know exactly wat im talkin bout
