also someone sent me a 2002 sportsman 500 service manual (thank you) but all the diagrams are blacked out..... Can you please resend that over to me

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I need a pdf of the service manual for the 2002 polaris sportsman 500 if any one can help me..... I have to locate the fuses to trouble shoot. What happen is I let someone put in my new battery (because I was busy) and they reversed the polarity (and i did not check their work b4 I started it up) and when I turned the key and tried to start it, it made some clicking sound as it was going to start and then started smoking immediatally somewhere under the seat.....anyhow, I discoverd the screw up with the reverse polarity and I corrected that and now it will not do anything when I try to start it. So, the battery reads charged.....but i am gonna stick it on the charger tonight. But I must learn more about the fuses and their location and such..... ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED...Tryen to save money and do it myself.... thanks....Teri

Hello, I am new here. I am wondering if you have the service manual to the 2002 polaris sportsman 500 ???? I have just posted what my problem is and asking for some advice. the polarity was reversed on my new battery and I started it without noticing and smoke started to rise.....I corrected the problem and tried to start but it would do nothing. I am wondering if there are fuses or fuse that i may have blown when this happened....and so I need to locate the fuses. Thank you
