  3. Well i got the post jb welded back on it works great so far. Now the problem is that the pilot needle won't unsrew it looks like the head is rounded. I was thinking about cutting the post where the pilot needle sits down in so i can cut a slit in it and get it out. Has anyone ever done this? Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2

  5. Does anyone know how or what kinda of tool to use to ajust the pilot screw on a 94 250 suzuki quadrunner. It seems that you can't get anything between the carb and the motor. I belive it should be turned out 2 1/2 turns out is this correct? Thx Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2

  9. No the pump is still on the quad that is what i did i just ran a straight line from the tank to the carb but it doesn't serm to be getting gas. If i take thr fuel line off gas comrs out the petcock. Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2

  15. When i bought 2 suzuki quadrunners the guy gave me a new battery he said it was a couple years old but the acid had not been added so i'am wondering if it is still good seens the acid isn't in it yet Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2

  18. So i took the carb off my 94 suzuki 250 quadrunner today and when i tried removing the pin that holds the float one of the arms broke still didn't get the pin out. Would it be ok to use jb weld on this just wondering because it might be in the gas but it did break off at the base any ideas would be great.   20. I the wife and i are new to 4 wheels last night we pick up 2 94 suzuki 250 quadrunners they don't run they have been sitting in a garage for a few yrs. Tomorrow i will clean the carbs and gas tanks i jump started both of the and they turned over so thats good lol. Hope to be ridding be the end of the weekend lol.
