Hi Guys, Just wondered if anyone can help, I have just bought a 1990s YFM350 Moto4, and I am struggling to identify the model/ year of the bike. I was told it was a 1997, but would not count on that. Its a 2WD model with cable operated brakes shoes on the front, cable operated disc at the rear and the choke next to the speedo. I have been trawling sets of microfiche, but can't seem to find a model with the same brakes as mine. The only part of the frame number I can make out looks like it starts 2VA. Thanks in advance, if anyone can help. Tim

Hi there, I have a 94 Big Bear 350 i got through trade. The P.O. said it would need a valve job soon as it smoked on start up and only ran at full choke. I brought it home and discovered the intake manifold was split in half and wrapped in duct tape. I got a new manifold from ZoomZoom and when i started it, it ran on half choke but backfired through the carb blowing up the new intake manifold. I pulled the carb to give it a full clean and realized the piston valve assembly in the carb is different than the one in the service manual. The one in the service manual is held in place under the cap with a spring and upper and lower connector, whereas the carb i have has the piston valve attached to an arm that connects through the throttle linkage shaft. I searched the number off the carb 3HN 00 H421 but came up empty. When i looked at pics of a warrior carb the piston valve assembly seem more alike. Can anyone tell me if it is the factory carb? Also on a side note. I checked the cam timing and it seems off a tooth or so, probably causing the back fire?

Hi All Completely new to Quads but been a biker for over 35 years. Bought this quad for grandchildren, It runs fine, at the moment has a Loncin 90 (86cc) engine but no other identifying marks to give me a clue as to model which will make getting parts difficult. Any help with ID would be gratefully appreciated. Cheers Joe
