Hi guys, i need some help from the pros out there!! 2 rookies in here!!, my son insist in getting a quad because one of his friends got one , so thinking on that and considering our low budget we went to a junk yard, and found what it seems to be a polaris, after connecting a few wires and adding the proper liquids, we got the little quad running, but we still need to buy some parts and tires, and theres where i need some help, we took this number from a front little plate : RF3KA09C73T073189, and this other from the transmission :AR07073189, we do some research but nothing came up, all the sites that gave support to check on vins are down, we would really appreciate if you give us your time and knowledge to get this solve, thanks

I am trying to diagnose a no spark issue with my 02 Big Bear 400 and I am really hoping it is not a CDI.  I have done the test on the stator and I believe that is faulty.  I ordered a new aftermarket one from a the jungle website and it tested bad right out of the box so I am waiting for a different one to arrive from an ATV parts supplier.  I started looking out of curiosity at CDI units and it seems if it is for a big bear you are SOL.  Kodiaks, no problem.  Big Bear. No such luck.

I have a 99 Yamaha bear tracker and I have converted the front brakes from drum to disc fairly easy but I cant figure out how to convert the rear with out hacking apart the rear arm. tried to use parts from a wolverine since the rear arms look similar but the caliper mount didn't line up on the bear tracker axle. Can anyone give me any clues or has anyone successfully converted the bear tracker rear brakes. I would even purchase a conversion kit if there is one. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Oil is getting in the air box from crankcase vent tube, I put the two hoses that go to the air box together then something started to smoke on the front of the engine. There is a filter? In the line I blew that out.
