Big Bear 350 leaking oil

Hello, 

I have a 1998 (i think) Big Bear 350 4x4 that is leaking oil out of where the front drive shaft goes into the engine. Below is a vid. I have the c clips off the U joint but before I knock it out I'd like some feedback. Any idea what seal this is? Can it be fixed with simple tools? How to repair? ECT... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
