Oil Cooler System Rebuild 2005 Yamaha Bruin 350 4x4

So I got this free Bruin that hasn't been started in five years and needs the oil cooler system (cooler/radiator, fan, hoses- the hoses are parts numbered 2 & 3, the cooler is labeled #4, and the fan is #5 on the attached FSM diagram) replaced. I like to mod and I like to go with quality new parts when I can. I have decided to replace the cooler and fan with a B&M Supercooler cooler/fan system (model# 70298).

The hoses themselves are another matter. I don't really know anything about high pressure/high temp hydraulic lines or how they are built, and I am wondering about the fittings that would attach the hoses to the crankcase/engine (these are shown on the middle right side of the diagram). Are those fittings something that only Yamaha would produce for OEM hoses, or will I be able to cobble together some super durable and reliable hoses and then fittings that will bolt the hoses right up to the engine.

Since I am so ignorant about what kind of hose to use I would appreciate some recommendations if you have any. What hoses out there would be the most reliable and long lasting with no leaks? Which one is best? Is stainless steel the best?

Thanks for any help.

Oil  cooler systems  are not  usually   high pressure  so  I'd  suggest   just taking one of the  old lines to  a  shop  and see if they  can  match up the   fittings .    If   they  have  compatible ones  they  can easily  fab up  new lines for you.  If  you  are  going to  an  aftermarket  cooler,   you  just need to  be  sure the  fittings to the  block  are  compatible.   Use  whatever hose you want, whether  it  be  regular  low  pressure oil  line hose  or fancy   steel  braid  covered.    A   shop  that  fabs  hose   can tell  you  whether high pressure  hose is  needed ,  but  I  doubt  it .

      Greetings,
Have a 88 LT80 that been sitting for a couple years. Bought a new piston, cylinder and head. Installed these, rolled it over and it quickly locks up.  Took carb apart. It was full of what appears to be 2 cycle oil. Cleaned it, but keeps locking up and 2 cycle oil continues to seap from exhaust port.  When i installed new cylinder, I noticed crankcase was full of oil.  I'm now wondering if that oil is what's getting sucked up into cylinder.  Should there be no oil in crankcase?  If that the case, how is crank and rod lubricated?  Sorry, never worked on a 2 stroke. Thanks!

I see quite a few ads for that  Tribotex additive. It's kind of expensive, has anyone used it it their ATV or any other vehicle?

Has anyone else had an issue on older king quads where the oil would leak from the top of the head (due to a failed gasket) and drip onto the hot exhaust? Mine got so hot one time it caught fire. Just wondering if this is a common issue, as I've seen the same thing happen on multiple bikes that were the same model.
