Looking for Manuals for 2001 LT-F500F Quadrunner

Hi All,

First post here. Just bought a 2001 LT-F500F Quadrunner and am looking for any manuals. I would like to get a copy of the original Suzuki owner and service manuals, and would also like the Clymer as well. I have looked at the sticky's and these manuals are not there. I was able to find the 2002 manual but i'm not sure how accurate the information is. In the 2002 manual it says the carburetor for that year was a Keihin CVK36, but the one that I took off the bike is a Mikuni (not sure of the size, it was pretty gummed up and is in the soak now). 

If someone had any of these in .pdf to share that would be great but, I'm not opposed to paying to download these manual's. I just don't know what sites are reputable places to download manuals from. Any help any one could offer would be appreciated.

I saw you uploaded a 2003 in the downloads section. 👍 I'll have to take a look to see if I can find a 2001, but there are some members on this site that have manuals in pdf also and hopefully someone can share 😁

I ended up buying the manual yesterday, so I added that to the downloads as well. It is for all Quad Runners (LT-F500F) from 1998-2002.

When I downloaded the manual its for 2003+ moodels unless i am missing something.

      Hi everyone and thanks for reading. 
      My husband and me are getting ready to host the 2nd Quad Runners event at our nudist campground. The first one (last year) went pretty well with about 20 quads attending and have to say, it was a smaller group, but they made up for their size with the large interest in partying and there was plenty of nudity as the Saturday night went on. 
      We have decided to host another one this summer, but we are looking for some fun (but safe) riding events. Our grounds are almost all flat and remember we are a nudist campground so many of us are bare as* naked so "slow ride" events would be the best. 
      Give us your thoughts and ideas and feel free to ask us anything you would like, and we will answer right here in the thread. 
      Thanks for your help and ride safe. 
      BTW, let us know what "anything goes" means for this thread section.

      Hi all, 

      I am wondering if any of you have a Clutch Starter gear from a 1988 era quadrunner 250 sitting around that you could get me a precise measurement of the outer diameter of the race the sprag engages onto, for me? I need to machine a damaged race down and install a hardened sleeve and need that measurement (it's on a different gear than the OEM one, so I can't buy and use a OEM gear).

      Hi guys, I was given a 2000 Honda Recon fourtrax 250 (I think that's the full name lol). The previous owner had it sitting for a while before I got it. It sat for another few years in my ownership. I got it up and going on its first test drive today!! I was wondering where everyone buys their parts from?  Coming from the car community, we have sites like RockAuto and many more. Anything like that for quads? Also would like to be pointed in a direction, if possible, for plastics. I am missing a few and would like to have it complete. I appreciate any input!
