Help ! Throttle issue

Could anyone take a look at the picture and let me know if I’m needing to replace the actual throttle cable or the throttle handle ? Its for a can am 2018 outlander XMR 1000. It’s in limp home mode and throwing code P1619

P1619 is just related to oil change.  Looks like the throttle cable housing is just broke so i'm sure replacing the cable will resolve it.  But that's just a guess.

If you pull that rubber cover off you'll know....looks like it could be part of the lower half of the housing.
