2012 BIG BEAR ISSUES LOST ALL POWER BATT HAS POWER

U COULD WIGGLE START RELAY N GET POWER I CUT THE HARNESS TO THE RELAY N GOT THE BLUE WIRE WITH BLACK STRIPE AND BLUE WIRE WITH WHITE STRIPE CROSSED N THINK IT SHORTED SOMETHIGN CUZ I CANT GET NOW POWER NOW CANT FIND ANY BLOWN FUSES OR ANYTHING PLEASE HELP NEED DETAILED DIAGRAM OR SOME TIPS PLACES TO CHECK ALSO TRIED TO EVEN JUMP THE RELAY TO STARTER BATT HAS POWER BUT  MOTOR WOULDNT MOVE BATT SHOWS 12V COULD I HAVE A BAD GROUND SOMEWHERE OR WHAT NEED ALL HELP I CAN GET PLEASE I GOT ATV FOR FREE WAS WORKIGN FINE AFTER I REPAIRED ALL THE RUSTED FRONT SUSPENSIUON BUT NOW NO POWER

I HAVE A GOOD DIGITAL  MULTIMETER AND HAVE HAD SOME ELECTRICAL AND SOME ELECTRONICS IN COLLEGE NEED SOME TIPS OR DIAGRAM TO TRACE FOR BAD GROUND OR WHERE TO CHECK FOR SHOT FUSES OR RELAYS N ETC OR EVEN TO CHECK ALLY HARNESS FOR ANY PROBLEMS REALL WANT THIS THING GOING AGAIN

If you can't jump the solenoid then you have some serious issues because that's straight battery to starter with no other electronics involved.  However, if it does turn over jumping the solenoid then most like, as you have assumed, it's a blown fuse.  As to where the fuses are on that bad boy, I have no idea.  There may also be a fuseable link but I don't know where.  Did you find the repair manual in downloads yet to start troubleshooting?
