I just was given a 1986 trx250 utility version that has the whole front end cut off. I wanted to convert the fourwheeler into a three wheeler since there is no way of putting the front end back on. The conversion seems that it could be easily done besides the steering. The steering on the four wheeler has a Long steering stem area and the three wheeler a short one like a dirtbike. Is there any way of cutting the steering stem down or does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!

I have an '85 parts bike with a good frame and engine. It might be easier to swap good parts from yours. Use two to make one good one.

Besides, three wheelers are only fun when you're on two wheels. :D

Looking for two stock front wheels for 92 TRX300 2WD.   I think they are 6 x11" size.

I recently noticed my Fourtrax 2WD has 4WD wheels installed on the front.  The back spacing is significantly different than 2WD wheels and they are almost touching the strut springs and the tires actually do touch the springs..   So far, no luck locating 2WD wheels to correct this issue.

Hi, I am new to this forum I am currently working on my 1989 Yamaha front end.  The cv axles were bad so I changed them on both sides with all new wheel bearings. Now I'm looking at the front brakes and the 2 cylinders for the brake shoes on both sides do not work at all. I am also new at working on brakes so its a mystery to me what needs to be done to fix the cylinders.  Can somebody please help me with these brake issues? See the image below.
      Thank you,

Just thought I would start a poll on this topic manly because I'm not a fan of belt drives. Just want to know which you prefer.

Does anyone know if they're interchangeable?  I have a 2002 TRX20TE and 2007 TRX250TE, so getting to a set of common engine parts would be ideal.
