I need a wire Diagram. I could keep searching and find for no work. Or ill throw a few Frugal ideas around in exchange.

Just a small problem.  Those bridge rectifiers would not work to rectify and regulate the output  of a quad's stator.  You would need 3 of them  just to rectify the output of the stator.  Then  you need circuity to smooth those voltage pulses from the  3 phases, and a regulator chip to limit that voltage to between 13.2 to 14.6 to actually  charge the battery.  There's a lot more circuitry inside that little rectifier/regulator  box than you  realize.

So I decided to pick up a small trailer if I could get one for the right price.  I found this one for a few hundred bucks on Craig’s list.  It is  a galvanized trailer which is exactly what I was looking for. The wood was shot and needed some minor repairs which I could care less about as long as the chassis was good.
I striped it down and put a new deck on. I had some vinyl realtree graphics that I had laying around so I added them to the fenders which I think worked out well. Very happy with this little guy.
I'm having the iron workers at my jobmake me up a few lightweight side rails that will have a 22 degree bend in them to accommodate the tires that slightly hang over the edge and will incorporate some tie down points as well.

Am i tthe only one that likes to spend endless hours building from scratch? Just to be frugal. Or is the addiction actually to obtain knowledge?

Hello Guys,  I'm new to the site, but have been reading about all the issues that I to  have had with my quad. I have rebuilt the carb a few times, once when I got it a few years ago and again a few weeks ago. Same problem, it cranks fine and idles well but when I take off it stumbles.  After looking at the site I saw all the posts about the rectifier/regulator so I grabbed one off eBay which came today. Once I found out where it went I saw that the original one wasn't there so I have no reference however I mounted it and began to connect it but one the plugs doesn't fit. The red/black plug connected fine but the yellow wire plug doesn't, and I don't see any other plugs available. Apparently the guy I bought it from had removed the original regulator and it wasn't with the ATV so I have no idea what it looks like. I will also say that I was surprised that it didn't have a rectifier on it but cranked and ran fine till the stumble.  My question is, do those yellow wires have to be hooked up ?  And my apologies for the rambling, I'm doing this on a phone and can't see the screen. Hahaha
