where is the neutral and reverse switch on a 1986 honda trx200 atv

can someone tell me which side the neutral and reverse switch are on a 1986 honda trx 200 The service manual does not say which side, i got the lites pulled out and looked at them and i think the switches are bad. i just don't know which side they are on , the photo in the book just shows how it looks after a cover is off and not which side its on.i would just like to know so i don't have to take stuff off that i don't have to.  thanks for any info on this.......

Remove the junction box cover. Disconect the neutral switch wire connector . Check for continuity between the light green/red wire terminal and ground. The switch is good if there is continuity with the transmission in neutral.

For the reverse switch check continuity between gray and ground good if you have continuity with the transmission in reverse.

thanks, i will take off the back cover and i should be able to tell which side the switch cover is on by the wiring.I am trying to teach my grandson about some to the things that need to be fixed and how....
