polaris-rzr-chassis-ribs-769947.jpg New from All Terrain Research - Polaris RZR Chassis Ribs add strength to the rear of your chassis by bracing the sides of the chassis together with the existing factory holes and by also tying into the upper and lower A arm mounting points. The Chassis Ribs are CNC laser cut from 3/16" steel plate. For the upper A arm mounts instead of simply welding a washer to a chopped tube like some manufactures may do ATR CNC machines a stair stepped end piece that centers itself inside the tube and provides us a gap for a flush TIG weld that evenly penetrates both pieces. Chassis Ribs come in a durable black powder coat finish.

ATR is a group of engineers, designers and motorsports enthusiasts set out to develop the most advanced off road vehicle performance products possible. Bringing years of experience ATR serves as a full service prototyping and manufacturing company developing products for some of today’s leading off road vehicle manufacturers. having an issue with the unit when running under a load up a hill or in high gear, seems like the belt is slipping, there is a clapping sound coming from the primary clutch like it releases and snaps back in. i don't think I should have a noise like that. this is a friends unit and he has already replaced the primary twice with the same result.
not sure where to look next

      Hi,
Got a Big Boss produced 2016 YM 2017 that gives DTC 520 285 2 (random)
What I understand is correlation code for brakesensors, very little information in workshop manual.
Removed front plastic to discover that no connector was mounted on the brake pressure switch!?
The only "brake" information seems to come from the micro switch at the brake lever.
Does anyone know if Polaris does anything special on the 6x6 or had this issue?

The stock driver seat cushion is separated at a seam. I took the seat apart and found that the material has torn and cannot be re-stiched. I'm trying to find a replacement seat. Any suggestions? Hoping for a used seat but couldn't find one on Ebay.

I plan on using my ATV to hunt. What have you found to be the best method for carrying your rifle that is secure and allows removing quickly to pursue an animal?
