1995 honda trx300fw power to ignition but no neutral light and wont start

Ya i have checked all my wiring and nothing is loose or broken, all my fuses are good, i have power to all my wires in my ignition switch because my winch works and i tested all the wires but still my headlights wont come on and my neutral light, reverse light wont come on.

      1995 Kawasaki bayou 220 won't start

      Bought 4 wheeler for kids. Used to run and soon as it was put in gear it died. I have put new carburater, new plug and battery. The neutral light won't come on. I replaced the solenoid, then the positive battery cable and today put new relay assembly on. Still no neutral light. Not getting any juice and I don't know why.

      I am new to this site. Now down to business, I have been given a Kawasaki 220, tires are trashed and it has been setting for a long time. Do I need a battery in it to find neutral? I know there is a neutral switch and if I shift down(7 times????)   then up one using the neutral switch I should be in Neutral. As you see I am in a learning curve here ......coments welcome.
