1990 Suzuki 250 LT 4wd Compression

Does anyone know what the compression is for 250 Lt4wd quadrunner??

I read online that it is between 142-199 psi. The service limit is 114 psi according to a clymer repair manual.

I am looking also for how to check the timing and set the valves as well if anyone could help was not able to find any online manuals.

142-199 psi or (1,000-1,400 kPa) is the “normal compression” range.
114 psi or (800 kPa) is the minimum compression required to technically run the motor at all, & anything below that requires servicing.  170 psi or (1,170 kPa) with proper valve clearance is the sweet spot.
