Kazuma KMX 50 opening above the crank access?

I recently got a 50 for the kid. I have downloaded the manual and it makes no mention of what the flat bladed screw opening is for on the left side of the round outcropping above the Kazuma name where you can access the crank from.

Is this for lubing crank or does the oil reserve on the right side lube everything from engine to clutch etc???

Maybe it's for idle adjustment? Can you post a picture? What year is it?
