St Helen, which if about an hour south of Gaylord, has AMAZING trails, and some small dunes. You can also ride on the roads there as well. I don't know much around Gaylord, I ride around Grayling and Roscommon.

:confused:You have Dunes in Michigan??

You need to check out Silver lake for dunes!! It is a pretty mad house on the weekends over there so you would want to go during the week but they have a lot of area where you can let it rip. It is right on lake Michigan and there is a state park there also.

It was a joke lol. Silver Lake is tiny really...

Gotcha, I camped over there for fishing before and you could here all of them running all day long. I have been up on the dunes walking but I have know idea how big it actually is for the motor sports part.

Yes St Helen to Mio Bull Gap trail with several gas and restaurant stops along the way! Going up to do just that next weekend! All the motel/hotels are full up for weekends, I called every place near trails including cabins with comparable rates, no luck, tent or rv is it with a great campground at St Helens w/ hookups if needed and hot showers for everyone. Still looking for a trail buddy closer my age over 50 if you know of someone let me know. thanks Steve

Hi everyone and thanks for reading.
My husband and me are getting ready to host the 2nd Quad Runners event at our nudist campground. The first one (last year) went pretty well with about 20 quads attending and have to say, it was a smaller group, but they made up for their size with the large interest in partying and there was plenty of nudity as the Saturday night went on.
We have decided to host another one this summer, but we are looking for some fun (but safe) riding events. Our grounds are almost all flat and remember we are a nudist campground so many of us are bare as* naked so "slow ride" events would be the best.
Give us your thoughts and ideas and feel free to ask us anything you would like, and we will answer right here in the thread.
Thanks for your help and ride safe.
BTW, let us know what "anything goes" means for this thread section.

      Hi all,

I am wondering if any of you have a Clutch Starter gear from a 1988 era quadrunner 250 sitting around that you could get me a precise measurement of the outer diameter of the race the sprag engages onto, for me? I need to machine a damaged race down and install a hardened sleeve and need that measurement (it's on a different gear than the OEM one, so I can't buy and use a OEM gear).
