I wanted heated seats and grips. While the motor is at FST, Mickey is replacing the clutch and gears with a cvt. Im welding in brackets for the front diff and electric power steering. I also have two obnoxious racks to carry supplies :-)

Hopefully soon. I have a few more weeks till the motor comes back. I have to assemble the rear carrier and axle but all the bearings are pressed in. The wiring harness was checked and i stuffed all the connectors with dielectric grease. I have to route it back on the frame. I did the clutch wiring mod already. Waiting on the stabilizer. I have to put the front wheel bearings in. I have to clean up the plastics.

Thats where im at so far....

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?

I am trying to diagnose a no spark issue with my 02 Big Bear 400 and I am really hoping it is not a CDI.  I have done the test on the stator and I believe that is faulty.  I ordered a new aftermarket one from a the jungle website and it tested bad right out of the box so I am waiting for a different one to arrive from an ATV parts supplier.  I started looking out of curiosity at CDI units and it seems if it is for a big bear you are SOL.  Kodiaks, no problem.  Big Bear. No such luck.

The family has two quads and have been asking where to ride around here- we are about 70 miles north of spokane and looking for places that are nice to go visit for beginners.
We have a 2003 Polaris sportsman, and a 2004 Artic Cat 2-up (I forget the size)
