Hey MWKE. We shipped out the quads last Thursday. We are flying to San Fran Wednesday 6/20 and driving to Pismo Thursday midday. Hope to see someone from this site there.

DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!! I am Picking up my NEW TRAILER TODAY!!!!!!!!!!! Today is the 22nd.....

You by now have Pitched a tent, Fueled up the Bikes....Hit some Dunes and are Drinking and throwing wood on the Fire:mad:

I have a 9am Walk Through on the Trailer my youngest will be with me and my wife is working:mask: I dont think she will miss us:laugh:

What Mile Marker are you going to be camped at....WTF am I asking questions for???? You wont be able to answer them!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone have his Phone number???/

No knock off for me. I sell enough knock offs to own 4 name brand atvs. The 416ex was really fun in the dunes, but the 265r was kicked a$$.

There was a group there that was not with us, and they had 4 Jetmotos. They had 2 250 trail bikes, and 2 250 sport atvs.

None of the non-riders from this site were there.

:eek: I tried my AS* OFF to go!!!! I didnt get out of the Dealership When I picked up my Trailer till Friday around 2pm.....:aargh: Hell,,,,I even Left a Message with your Answering Service for you to call me Friday Morning......You Never Friggen Did....I was BUMMED:cry: My Son Really wanted to go and Try out his new Tires too....Im SOOOO Sorry that I didnt make this....I really wanted to meet ya and Shred some Sand with you...Next Trip..(But not around Fathers day) I will Plan a HUGE GROUP ride with my Cronies while you are there....

BTW....How was the Crowd??? Was the Sand all F'ed up:unsure: Where were you camped????

Crap I got a message from the answering service. It said Craig called about the trio. We called but we didn't leave a message. I didn't know what a trio was. Now I know they typed trip wrong.

The 265 stayed in San Fran for the next trip.

We camped right on the beach, so the sand was ok. It was so windy when we got there we had to wear our goggles walking around. It calmed down, and the rest of the weakend was great. We had 8 32 foot campers, and went through 400 cans of beer, Jim and I went through a bottle of Jag Sat. night. We both went through 5 gallons of 110 oct. that stuff is $66 for 5 gallons! ouch! We made it back to the drags a couple of times. Didn't do to bad. Shifting is way different in the sand then on hard pack, so once we figured that out we did pretty good.

      Heres my story. Kinda long. I guess I was a late bloomer when it comes to quads. I had never ridden a quad in my life. Rode Dirt Bikes as a kid growing up. Back in Oct of '06 I found a Mustang on craigslist. Took it for a test drive one morning before work. Fast car. 351 Cleveland. I had planned on meeting the guy again after work. For some strange reason thats still to this day beyond me, I stopped in Hillsboro MotoSports on the way home from work. I had 6 Grand on me. There was a left over '05 sitting by the front door. It was on sale for $4999. It was $5499 OTD. I didnt even look at anything else. I knew nothing about quads accept I thought it really looked coool and I had the money in my pocket to buy it. I was sitting on it when the salesman walked up and asked... "Can I help you?" Without hestitation I pulled 60 Ben Franklins outta my front pocket and said "I want this Quad. Load it up in my truck." It was just about dark by the time I drove away from the shop. BTW, I didnt bother to ask my ol lady if I could buy it. LOL. Anyway, I took it by the house and showed her. She was kinda stunned but not mad. We drove over to a friend of mines house and unloaded it. I took it to the field across the street from his house. HOLY CHIT!!!!! I was surprised by the power. I had it for about 2 weeks and took it to Sand Lake. I was there a few hours and rolled it on a banked turn at the top of the bowl right before you get to the one-ways. When it rolled, I flew off and landed on my belly. The quad came bouncing and landed on my back. For a month I couldnt even walk. I was scared of it. I considered trading it for a 250EX. Went back to the shop. The salesman said..."Dude!!! You dont want a 250EX!!! Trust me. Just get used to it" I still wasnt convinced. I put it on craigslist for $4000. Calls were coming in. I had a guy that wanted to come look at it that evening. I decided to take it for one last ride at Browns Camp before I sold it. I was still afraid of it. After about 5 minutes I started feeling comfortable on it again. I decided right then, I loved my Honda 450 and would learn how to ride it instead of selling it. That was late Nov of '06. Work was slow for a Painter in Oregon. My new job everyday? Going to Browns Camp and ridding my Quad. I bought my Girl Friend an '02 Blaster. I rode my 450 for 4-6 hours almost every single day for 3 months. And yes, I know my way around Browns Camp pretty well. LOL. In March I bought her an '06 TRX250EX (Thank God I didnt trade my 450 for one of those) LOL Since then, I have become totally addicted to quads. I love them. Couldnt imagine not owning at least one quad. Luckily I have two. My "07 was $6500 OTD in July of '07. Bought it for my Girlfriend. Traded in her 250 EX. A month later we broke up. So, I wound up with two Honda 450's.

      2016 Polaris sportsman 570 drains battery while driving

      Having problems with the battery draining while riding. It has a new battery, it does have eps, a lightbar and a winch. Can ride it for an hour or more just fine, but eventually the battery runs down to the point it can't keep up with fuel injection and it'll sputter, limp, and die. It also throws codes for the throttle position sensor. I'm not sure if that is related or not. Any ideas?

      Hey all got a Kawasaki 300 that's seen better days I'm looking to get running.  But first, I'm working on a Honda 350 ES and mainly needing where are you all finding quality parts at good prices.  Atvs are really hot items around here right now and most of the folks wanting and needing them are not familiar with working on them.  I'm looking to find a good resource for information and if it works out well pass this group along to the folks I help to get them in the know how to get the most out of their machines.  Thanks in advance.
