I have a 2006 brute force 750 it doesn't have the power it should and doesnt get up like it should the motor had just been rebuilt can anyone help me ___

Most of the time the cam timing is off. Set the rear cylinder on TDC "R" for rear, and set your cam timing for that cylinder with the cam lobes down. Then take a 19mm wrench and place it at 12:00 on the fly wheel bolt on the left hand side and turn the motor over clock wise until about 9:00 and start looking in the inspection hole for TDC "F" for front, and set your cam time again with the lobes down.

What happens with most people is the do this but when they start turning the motor over they see the TDC F but it's only at 3:00 and they set the cam there. It has to go past 3:00 thats why I say start looking when you get to 9:00.

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?

      I have a 1990 Honda fourtrax 300 2x4
I rode the other day for 30-45 min. Switched it off and now it is completely dead..
battery is fully charged, fuses are good . WILL NOT TURN OVER ,
headlights won't turn on , No neutral, reverse or oil temp lights . Electrically it is completely dead !!! I replaced the key switch and CDI box , STILL NOTHING.
I bypassed the neutral safety switch and grounded it to the battery and still nothing !! I used a jumper wire on the starter Solenoid , the motor will turn over but not start . I even bypassed both fuses and straight wired it to see if I could get a neutral light or headlights still nothing . What could it be ?

I am trying to diagnose a no spark issue with my 02 Big Bear 400 and I am really hoping it is not a CDI.  I have done the test on the stator and I believe that is faulty.  I ordered a new aftermarket one from a the jungle website and it tested bad right out of the box so I am waiting for a different one to arrive from an ATV parts supplier.  I started looking out of curiosity at CDI units and it seems if it is for a big bear you are SOL.  Kodiaks, no problem.  Big Bear. No such luck.
