Kazuma Falcon 110 wont shut off

Hi all, I have a Kazuma Falcon 110 That wont shut off with either the keyswitch or the killswitch when it is running, both the switches work great before starting and running, I have replaced the keyswitch, regulator , cdi, and coil and still nothing, Just keeps running on and on,,lol, I know most people have just the opposite problem and not starting, Thanks in advance.

I was curious what you found, I am having the same problem. Mine went from a no start and i replaced the cdi and now the thing wont shut off with the kill switch or the key. thanks

I never did find the problem with it, I replaced the CDI with not 1 but 4 new ones, Replaced the Coil, Kill switch , Ignition switch , Regulator and the Stator , Still nothing , Untaped the wire harness and checked every wire twice and still found nothing. Finally got fed up and put a kill switch on the coil,,,,,,, Yea,, I know its not right but it runs and shuts off now. In fact it runs better now than it ever has.

I understand that, i am tired of messing with this problem. it started out as a no start , i replaced the cdi and now it wont shut off, I have tried 3 differant cdi's and the problem is still there, im not sure what changed.

I cant believe there is no other replies, I guess i will install a kill switch!

Any breaks in the kill switch wire that connects to the cdi pin.
