Just checking in again to see if anyone might have found a service manual for my quad? I looked thru Oxs list & nothing. Perhaps there is one out there that isnt posted? 2002 Quadrunner LTF500F 4 x 4. This manual really is avaiding me. My motor is making some noises now & I might need to get in there to find the issue. Im thinking timing chain or a bearing in the trans. :no: Either way Id like to look thru a manual before tearing into it. Please let me know if anyone possibly has found one. I looked thru all the possible ones that are close to mine, but they all appear to be a bit different. :aargh:

      91 quadrunner lt4wd shifting issue

      After i did my rebuild it seems to not want to shift well. I think the cable is alright, and when it does shift its nice and solid. I have to basically use my hand to shift and i have to pull or push it very far, like max travel, to get it to shift. I also tried adjusting the clutch set screw. Any ideas where to go next, or maybe i should just grab a new cable to try.

      O3 sat a while. Engine is running fine. I got it into neutral, did some general tune-up and cleaning then pulled the shifter pedal up and it locked up and will not release into neutral again.  Does anyone have experience with this problem?  Thanks for looking and any help.

      Looking for Quadrunner Flywheel Starter Clutch Gear race diameter

      Hi all, 

      I am wondering if any of you have a Clutch Starter gear from a 1988 era quadrunner 250 sitting around that you could get me a precise measurement of the outer diameter of the race the sprag engages onto, for me? I need to machine a damaged race down and install a hardened sleeve and need that measurement (it's on a different gear than the OEM one, so I can't buy and use a OEM gear).
