  1. we had a honda 450r for 3 DAYS before it was stolen.....I wish we could get it back, we were making payments to a friend and he just let us take it before paying it off....it was realllllllllllllllly hard to pay over $2000 for somethign we didn't even have anymore....but it was the right thing to do.

  2. ...not to mention 400ex's are bulletproof.....I just sold my 2000, well, you can't really call it a true 2000 model because its got parts from every year on it......but anyways, I sold it for $2500 with a ton of aftermarkets on it....it seems like someone's always looking for a 400...I only had it for sale a week!!!!!!!!!! They came with cash in hand to pick it up, pink frame and all : )

  3. Welcome to QC!!!

If theres one thing I know, it's riding is definitly a family sport, as is racing. Every weekend we head to the track with the entire family, mom & dad, grandma, poppa and baby in tow....and we wouldn't have it any other way...we've shared some amazing times together on the tracks and trails....

  4. If you're a bigger boned girl, it's hard to find gear that fits comfortably.....especially if you have bigger tatas too!! LOL-----I can't wear any girls gear, not even gloves....my hands are too big. So, I get hte girlie colored guys gear, orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr this year I got white gear and painted it pink and purple with fabric paint---I got quite a few comments on that!!!!

Right now I wear O'Neal gear, and it's some of my favorite. I've had Fox, Thor and Answer women's gear in the past and the men's O'Neal gear is by far the most comfortable I've worn yet...

  5. Well folks,

I am just going to jump in here and say hello. I just bought my first quad today. It is a 2006 Eiger 400 semi-auto. It seems to run pretty well although it stumbles a bit without choke when still warming up. It did not come with any manuals. Whe is the best place to learn all the normal preventative maintenance I should be doing? You know, the usual stuff - fluids, filters etc...

Except for a couple of small dings in the seat, it pretty much looks like it just rolled out of the showroom.

Thanks in advance for any help, especially since this is post #1 for me. I will pay back with help once I know more about how these things work.

welcomeeeeeee :) i just came back to the site myself after a long hiatus  congrats on the quad---you can learn alotttttttt on here in the different sections! and, if you don't know something and can't find an answer, ask away!!

  6. I work for the Gov. and we bid out all of our Vehicles....Over the last 15 yrs I have driven them all....I have to tell ya,,,,The F150 by far has been the most reliable so far. We get rid of them at about 100K miles. That happens about every 2 yrs..Seems like the Mechanics are busy on everything but the Fords... Just yesterday at work I had to Pull out KW Loaded 5 Yard Truck with my GAS F250 Work Truck....Wish I would have gotten a Picture of that:skeptic:

    But I own a F250 PSD and Im on my 5th Turbo....

    Its a Crap Shoot!!!!!!!!

heyyy mwke, what year's your ford? we have an 05 f250 psd and the turbo skips from time to time.....:aargh:
