    buying a seat cover off ebay...thats where have gotten a lot of parts so far.. btw MWKE did you liek go on vacation? cuz you are posting a lot of topcs that have seem to be dying out lol.

    it wasnt ment to be impressive. i just wanted to show the 700xc motor squeezed in that scrammy. plus its fast. thats rele all i wanted to show..something fast.

    the little visor thing keeps the mud from hitting you thats coming down. in a reguler motercycle helmet its just smooth. no visor. thats the problem. PLOB. right on the front of ur helmet..then you cant see lol

    dont use a street bike helmet. no mud guard. youll be hit in the face by every little drop of mud.

    thanx tim. and just for referance..outlaw comes in SRA and IRS... just saying. and the SRA is 20lbs lighter.

    it is pointless to argue. just to let you know, author. all these people are one sided honda or yamaha fans. if you want a great trailbike. go for the outlaw. and if any other atv. go for a hond 400ex or 450r. thats all.

    Honda 450 for sure, that is if your looking to mod around a little. it responds to mods great. if your looking for out of the box performance. go KTM/CAN-AM/POLARIS.

    heh one thing we agree about.. the trx.. lol the IRS is wayyy good. it deff doesnt suck. and as for the S. its not bad. but the IRS is better for trails.. obtw have you read one of the latest dirt wheels? the Outlaw 525 IRS had more top end than the rappy and the KTM. heh.

    WHAT COMPANY DOESNT HAVE RECALLS? yamaha just had one on rhinos. the point remains. outlaw. is. a. better. trail. machine. and unless you have something better than a recall to tell me about. dont bother posting. rappy has nothing on outlaw. face it.

    im getting just about annoyed. polaris's are just as reliable as anything else. excet honda, but thats not the point. only the EARLY model Polaris's had trouble with their belts and such. the newer model outlaw 525's [by reviews everywhere] have not had any problems. and NEWS FLASH the raptor is heavier. not by much but thats not the point.. raptor has pointless weight. and your looking at 4.4 inches of ground clearance from the raptor vs. 11 INCHES from the outlaw. its just all around better. ill say it again. dont get me wrong. raptors are cool. but they arent all they are cracked up to be. they are overrated.

    it sure will! im going to my lakehouse this weekend with a couple of friends...of course i cant take the quad...but we will prob walk a couple of trails or build some jumps.. YAY but the project is still coming along.. still trying to save money for stuff.. my dad hasnt chipped in ANYTHING yet. i want him to buy the seat cover.. lol

    ahhh o wasnt aware of that. thats cool. makes me like them even more. but come on people. only the people who own raptors are saying they are the best trail quads. ill be honest, i like yamaha and in no way im i being biased but the Polaris has so much more on it. lighter,more power,IRS, ground clearance WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED?! to teh guy buying, you wont be disappointed with a raptor, but you could have it a little better with the Outlaw.

    those problems were from the early models. and i agree on the 800 renegade is awesome...but this guy wants something built for jumping a little too.

    i whavent been small since 06 back then i was like 5'2 100 lbs. now im about 5'9-10 155.

    i dont care what anyone said i oculd handle if i was buying a new quad, for the type of riding i do it will be an outlaw 525. size/weight doesnt matter. im 155 btw. if he knows how to ride it wont matter. but its up to him.
