I'm looking for a service manual for a 2004 yamaha blaster 200cc. Kickstarter keeps jamming and now lost all spark. Thanks for any help in advance.

 I downloaded a good manual from this site for my 1989 lt f250. I've gotten lots of help from this site also so good luck with your new venture.

But def going to need some undisturbed time so do what you have to do and when your ready to tackle it have a clean work area, piece of cardboard and a sharpie to write  on as well as a separate piece to be able to stick bolts and screws in to properly label and keep track of where they came from.  
U joints all though i haven't seen a pic yet but im assuming the welds will be hard to grind so if thats the case get familiar with a pencil grinder! Best tool on the planet for getting rid of welds in tight places.

I'd check to see if you picked something up in your clutch.when you remove the cover tap the clutch with a rubber Malloy while turning slowly.

If and when you find that screw I would turn it all the way in while counting the turns. Don't turn in too tight just bottom it out. Start by turning the screw out 1-3/4 turns then start it. From there you can turn it out 1/4 turn at a time till you get a perfect running motor.

On the old cb Honda's you had to sincronize the carbs for fuel air ratio.

At the base of the engine cylinder there is usually in the casting on one side of the base the size of motor.

Hello all thanks for the add. I just got a Kazuma 150cc on a partial trade. Its all tore apart for paint but I'm a little suspicious about that. Could use a manual to reassemble and mor than likely do some repairs too. 

Check any wires near your throttle. My polaris trailboss was acting similar and I have a short that acts up whenever I use the throttle.

Let me know if you have any luck. I just joined cause I got a 2004 Kazuma 150cc as part of payment for some work. Its partially dismantled.motors complete. I need to know how run the complete wire harness cause it had been removed to paint.
