    I'm looking for a service manual for a 2004 yamaha blaster 200cc. Kickstarter keeps jamming and now lost all spark. Thanks for any help in advance.

    I'd check to see if you picked something up in your clutch.when you remove the cover tap the clutch with a rubber Malloy while turning slowly.

    If and when you find that screw I would turn it all the way in while counting the turns. Don't turn in too tight just bottom it out. Start by turning the screw out 1-3/4 turns then start it. From there you can turn it out 1/4 turn at a time till you get a perfect running motor.

    At the base of the engine cylinder there is usually in the casting on one side of the base the size of motor.

    Hello all thanks for the add. I just got a Kazuma 150cc on a partial trade. Its all tore apart for paint but I'm a little suspicious about that. Could use a manual to reassemble and mor than likely do some repairs too.

    Check any wires near your throttle. My polaris trailboss was acting similar and I have a short that acts up whenever I use the throttle.

    Let me know if you have any luck. I just joined cause I got a 2004 Kazuma 150cc as part of payment for some work. Its partially dismantled.motors complete. I need to know how run the complete wire harness cause it had been removed to paint.
