  1. I DECIDED TO RETURN TO THE FORUM THAT I STARTED CONCERNING THE CARB ON MY 92 BIG BEAR . THE BIG BEAR IS GOING STRONG WITH THE REBUILT ORIGINAL CARB. ONE MAJOR REASON IS USING GAS WITH NO ETHANOL, THE CARB STAYS CLEANER. I STILL HAVE THE CHINESE CARB AS A REMINDER OF WHAT NOT TO DO! IT IS BETTER TO REBUILD THAN TO REPLACE THE CARB. THANKS GUYS!
  2. I'VE GOT THE SAME PROBLEM ON A1992 YAMAHA BIG BEAR 350. WHEN I ORDERED THE SEALS, I GOT THREE. MY REPAIR MANUAL INSTRUCTS ME TO REMOVE THE REAR END, REMOVE THE AXLE BY SLIDING IT OUTOF THE HOUSING, THEN REMOVING THE SEALS FROM THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSING. THIS MADE A SIMPLE JOB, NOT SO SIMPLE.
  3. I HAVE BEEN USING A HF MOTORCYCLE/ ATV LIFT FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS AND IT STILL WORKS FINE.
  4. You are absolutely right ! I have restored the original carb and it is working fine. does anybody need a Chinese carb?
  5. I WANTED TO UPGRADE THE CARBURATOR ON MY 1992 BIG BEAR 350, SO I ORDERED A NEW CARB FROM EBAY. ACCORDING TO THE WRITE-UP IT WAS A GOOD FIT FOR BIG BEARS FROM 1988 TO 1996. WHEN I REMOVED MY ORIGINAL CARB I NOTICED THAT IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE NEW CARB MY CARB HAD TWO THROTTLE CABLES THE NEW CARB ONLY HAD ONE CABLE. HOW CAN I MAKE THIS CARB WORK ON MY TWO CABLE THROTTLE?
  6. DOES YOUR ATV HAVE A KILL SWITCH ON THE HANDLEBAR? IF SO, CHECK IT FOR CONTINUITY. IF YOU HAVE CONTINUITY, THATS YOUR PROBLEM. OLEMANJOHN
