Fleet Farm has their house brand Sportline for $5.99 a quart. It's wet clutch certified and works as well as any other oil I've tried.

My camera is a wild game innovations camera and it appears all other respondents are using the same brand as well. Of course they make varying grades of camera too. I have 4 of their cameras, bought them all at a hardware store.

Very nice! Looks like some nice options for hunting. I was doing the same thing this weekend at my cabin. Collected the cards from 6 cameras that have been out for 2 weeks. Here's a little bit of what I captured. Near as I can tell I've got 4-5 different bucks to choose from. Also had does (can't shoot them this year), a coyote, raccoons, rabbits, and a grouse on various pics.

Have you checked to see if it's making a spark?

I'm a cat man myself, but my backup is an 83 185s. Can't beat a machine that fires up on one pull even after sitting for a long while.

Plows are absolutely worth it if you have a driveway or road to maintain. My dad and I each have a plow on our machines at the cabin. I have a basic 5 foot blade, and he has the tapered county plow style blade where it throws snow to the right. I'll usually start by driving down the center and angling my blade all the way to the right, then he follows behind with the tapered blade and throws it over the shoulder. In regards to how much they can push you'd be surprised. I live in northern mn and multiple feet of snow isn't uncommon. You can start your initial pushing with your blade up and only work half the amount at a time. We've maintained our driveway and a good portion of cabin road through multiple heavy winters where banks can get 3 to 4 feet high. Of course everything has a breaking point and if it gets to it we will eventually get the snowblower out and work the edges blowing the banks into the woods, but it takes a while to get that point. The key is to start you winter season pushing it as far over and out of the way as possible and then hope for some warmups that'll melt it back a bit.

In the while ATV universe there are only maybe 5 SXS's that are trail width rated. Polaris has one rzr 570, Honda pioneer 500, can am maverick trail, artic cat/textron wildcat trail, and cf moto offers one in a 570 and 700 trail. None of these however offer a 4 seat. I too want a sxs in a trail width so that I wouldn't be hindered by any restrictions, but with the lack of options available I don't know if it's a possibility. Have you thought of buying 2 2up atvs? One for you and one for the wife, one kid rides in back of each. Most of the major brands offer a 2up ATV right now. The base Polaris 570 2up is built on the same frame of a regular 570 machine, but instead of a rear rack it has a seat. Two of those would probably cost about as much as a sxs. They also have one with a longer wheelbase and better passenger seat. I drive a cat TRV (two rider vehicle) ATV and it's done everything I've ever asked of it.

Glad to hear yours is working out well for you. They still have the hand brake on the throttle side which is opposite of my Cat so I'm sure it would take a little getting used to, but I'm guessing it's there so that you take your thumb off the throttle. To me it kinda seems like it would be a nice bike to have for a few years until I finally take the jump and get in the SXS arena.

I saw these at a dealer recently and they piqued my interest. I'm at the point of trading in, but nothing really excites me put there right now, especially with the prices! This bike seems like a heck of a good deal when you look at all the components on it and the base price of $8500. Wondering if anyone has any experience with this particular model that can offer any insight.

Is anyone going to the 2019 Mud nats in Hill City MN? I've never been and just learned about it. Since it's so close to me I'm thinking I'm going to try heading out there. I've never been to a mud event before and I think it'll be fun to see.

I have Progressive insurance on both my 1983 Honda ATC 185s (Progressive will still insure a trike), and my 2006 Arctic Cat 500 TRV. Full coverage on both costs me around $20 a month, so roughly $240 a year. For me it's peace of mind for those times when friends or family might ride my machines. Also I carry it because atv activity around my cabin has picked up quite a bit in the past few years and I want protection in case someone were to run into me, or vice versa (even though I generally try to drive safe and sane on the trails bad things can happen in an instant).

I use wet clutch certified Amsoil powersports 0w-40. It doesn't sludge up in winter, and runs cooler in summer.
