The shaft the sprocket goes on .

I am looking at a 90cc Arctic cat 90cc not sure what year right off hand . The shaft broke off right outside the motor . Can anyone help me ? What do I need to do to fix it ? Do you have any pictures or videos ? Let me know ?

A buddy of mine . had a friend redo his top end . It was running great . then it like locked up but then it started again !!! then it seemed like it locked up again ??? Could he have done something wrong ??? Could it be bad ??? Please let me know what you think it could be ??? Please help !!! i want to know how much it will cost to fix or if he should part it out ??? PLEASE HELP !!!

So you are saying that I need to buy a starter clutch that goes inside the side case . I hope you understand what I am saying ? If I’m not right please let me know . Or if you know of a video that shows me what I need to replace? If I try to bump start it in 1st 2 Nd or 3rd gear the back wheels just slide !!! Please let me know what you think it is and if you know of a video of what I need to replace or repair ??? Please help me with this

I put on a new stater , How would my Yamaha raptor 350 act if the starter clutch went out ??? Please help !!! There is no metal in oil . Its like when you hit the starter button nothing ? Any ideas ???

Do you think i damaged the valves ???

I have a 2003 Polaris Predator 500 . I know my valves need adjusted . Here recently I`ve had to bump start it . And i noticed a power differents . Now it won`t bump start . Did i mess anything up ? Or can I still just adjust the valves . By the way does anyone have a video of how to do a valve job on it ? Let me know ASAP !!!??? Thank you

Yes I am looking at buying a 2005 Suzuki ltz400. The guy said when he goes through a puddle or water it shuts off !!! I know it’s electrical . Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be??? Let me know ASAP ??? I want to know if I should buy this atv ???

What gauge are the wires I just want to know what color connectors I need ??? There’s just 1 heavier gauge wire and 3 lighter gauge wires tell me the gauge for connecters ??? More pictures

Ok , this is what I’m going to try. Please tell me if I am doing it right ??? There a 4 wires.1 wire is heavier gauge. It’s solid red . I’m going on connect them together . Then there are 3 lighter gauge wires . 1 of them is red with a white line I am going to connect them together then there is a blue wire with a white line I’m going to connect them together . The last wire is a red one on the plug part and green on the atv harness should I connect these 2 wires together??? The color and gauge match on the other 3 wires . This is what I need to know ??? Its just that this is the only wires left is a green one with a white line on the atv harness and a light gauge red wire on the plug part . Do I connect them ??? By the picture you sent me of the wire positions . The upper left wire is light gauge red wire with white line together . The lower left one is heavier solid red wire connect them together . Then the lower right is light gauge blue wire with a white line on it connect them together . So far the colors match on harness and plug!!! Now what I am asking you is that leaves me with a light gauge red wire on the plug and a green wire with the harness it shows on the picture you sent me that the green wire goes to the upper right side of the plug but it is a red wire that is coming out of the plug. But I only have the green wire with the white line on it and it shows in the picture you sent me that the green wire goes to the upper right side I hope you understand this the color and position match on the other wires. The only one is red from upper right side of plug is light gauge red wire on the plug and a light gauge green wire on the harness. Should I connect the light red wire from the plug to the green wire from the harness ??? Let me know??? Please just say yes or no ??? Will I mess anything up doing this ??? Color, gauge and position all match on the other 3 wires. It shows that the upper right side is green but it’s a light gauge red wire from the plug but a green wire is the only one left from the harness to connect to the red wire coming from the upper right side . That is where it shows the green wire going the upper right side . Let me know if I am right??? And will this mess anything up ??? Please let me know ASAP ??? Is this right ??? And will I mess anything up doing this ???

I sent you pictures of the plug and wires. And a picture of the wires from the Scramblers wiring harness !!! Please tell me how to connect them ??? Can you help me I got the relay switch that I need and I got a plug it has different colored wires . Can you please help me I am sending pictures . The wiring harness from the Polaris Scrambler 90 has 2 red wires 1 has a white line on it the other red wire is solid red and then there are a blue wire with a white line and a green wire with a white line ////////// then the plug has 3 red wires and 1 red wire has like a cloth cover it’s a heavier red wire then there is another red wire that is solid red lighter gauge wire and another red wire with a white line and a blue wire with a white line . How do I hook these up ??? Can you please help me ??? The plug is pictured to I am sending pictures of everything can you hopefully help me thank you, Brian first picture is of wires from plug. 2nd picture is of 4 wire from atv wiring harness !!! This is Brian Simmons I explained to you in my last reply . The wires that have a white line on them . What wires go to the starter circuit? Or starter circuit relay? What’s missing the starter circuit? Or the starter circuit relay? What wires go to the circuit? Let me know ???

Can you explain a little better about the wiring? The black one with the eye connector on it goes to the negative battery and the red one that has another wire with a fuse in it connected with an eye connector goes to the positive side of battery!!! What about the blue and green ones ??? Do I need a starter relay? What wires go to the starter relay? And last there are 2 other red wires one has a white line on it where do those 2 red wires go ? Please help me and let me know if I need the starter relay and what wires go to it ??? It might help to if you could draw a wiring diagram. Or explain it to me real easy . Please help me ??? Thank you !!!

Yes , the green and blue wires have a white line on them and there is 1 of the red wires with a white line on it and a solid red wire . Here is a picture of the wires ! Please help!!

Not that I can tell .

The battery was gone when I bought the 90 .There are 7 wires 3 red 1 white ,1 black , 1 green and 1blue . 1 red and 1 white are connected with connector like it`s suppose to go to the battery . I think it`s called an eye connector it`s round and has a hole in the center . So it can be bolted to the battery and the same with the black wire the one black 1 has a connector on it that looks like it goes to the battery . that leaves me with 2 red wires , 1 green wire and 1 blue wire !!! Can anyone help me with a diagram of how the wiring goes to the battery on my 2002 Polaris Scrambler 90 ???
