top dead center all vavles closed

what do you think it could be im thinking coil

i dont use the battery i kick start it but i can run my winch with out the machine running

had week spark but pull startedit and it fired up and ran great

well some times it wont start at all you kick it over and it just makes a pup pua sond and thats it then other days you can go out and it will start rite up

have a 93 kawasaki buyou 400 it will run fine most times but some times you will be going and it will stall and wont start but if you let it sit for a little bit it will start and run fine but some times when you start it it wont rev up all the way if you try to it will bog then back fire
